Here are my requirements:

1.) You could SIGN my guestbook. (not a requirement though, it would just be be nice)

2.) If you are applying for the Paul McCartney Award, you should have a website about him.

3.) I have just created 4 new awards, plus I have gold, silver, and bronze awards for very excellence sites. (but you cannot apply for these, I will give these out to sites I feel deserve them)

4.) There are now certain requirements for each of my new awards. You will find those requirements on the page with the samples of each award.

5.) No porn, I won't accept those types of webpages!
